Creating differentiation & consistency with a brand refresh for Enterprise Car Club.
THE CHALLENGE
We have worked with ECC for several years creating a myriad of paid social media, print assets and videos.
We felt it was time to relook at the brand to create not only a fresh look but to create guidelines that ensure consistency across all channels.
We researched the competition, their fleet sizes and their position in the market and used recent customer survey findings to build a clear brand strategy.
THE WORK
We developed a brand position called:
'Hourly rental that’s up your street.'
This provided differentiation from the Enterprise Rent-a-Car brand.
We then developed a look-and-feel and guidelines which are flexible and adaptable but ensure all comms stay close to the brand identity.
